Liam Karry | Co-Founder & Artistic Producer
Liam (he/him) is the founding and current Artistic Director of Single Thread Theatre Company. He is a founding member and the Artistic Producer of the Kingston Theatre Alliance, and currently serves on the boards of anARC theatre and Regional Tourism Ontario 9. Recent directing credits include: Unless, a site specific immersive experience produced in Bangkok, Thailand, and Collider, a live VR performance, which was co-produced by FOLDA and the rEvolver Festival in June 2021, and at Summerworks in 2022. His next project is PXR2027: a national conference on live performance within extended reality. This summer will be Liam’s 12th season with The Kick & Push Festival.
Amanda Baker | Festival Administrator
Amanda (she/her) is a producer, theatre artist, and technologist based in Kingston specializing in immersive and interactive theatre. She holds a BAH in Computing and the Creative Arts from Queen’s, and a Master’s in Drama, Theatre & Performance Studies from UofT. She is currently the Associate Artistic Producer with the Kingston Theatre Alliance, Vice Chair (and previous Treasurer) on the Board of Directors for Kingston Arts Council, and a freelance bookkeeper. Recent work includes Quality Assurance for Cohort, Production Manager for Single Thread’s Virtual Ambrose, and Testing Lead for adelheid’s You Are Swimming Here AR experience.
Brian Solomon | Indigenous Curator
Multi-award nominated, winner and loser, creator B Solomon (he/him) is of Anishinaabe and settler heritage, born in Shebahonaning on the North Channel of Lake Huron. As a creator his work is multidisciplinary, raw, challenging and full of spirit. His commissions have ranged from community-rooted works with over 100 interpreters, solos in trees, to animated installations of landfill. His works have been presented and toured across Turtle Island and abroad. Since he was a teenager, much of Solomon’s work has been committed to community activation with a focus on the unacknowledged and underserved ones across the land. He is passionate about helping people relearn the nature of their ancient bodies, and take back the space those bodies occupy as caretakers.
Nic Lindegger | Associate Producer
Nicole (Nic) Lindegger (they/them) is an emerging theatre artist and recent graduate from the Dan School of Drama and Music at Queen’s University. Their personal work explores the power of discomfort in forming communities. In response to growing cultural and economic uncertainty, Nic hopes to build theatre that embraces difficult, often darker themes—creating space for audiences to reflect. They are committed to building bridges between emerging student theatre artists and the greater Kingston Theatre Community.
Nic has contributed to numerous productions across the Queen’s, Kingston, and surrounding theatre communities. Selected credits include Animal Farm (Assistant Director, Dan School Major 2026), Paradise Lost (Assistant Director, Dan School Major 2024), Why It’s (Im)Possible (Assistant Director, SweetnFab Collective), Robin & Magpie (Director, Independent), and The Other Shore (Projections & Special Effects Designer, Dan School Major 2024).
